- Possess strong classroom management based in restorative practices.
- Have a growth mindset and institute that as part of the instructional practice.
- Work in collaborative grade level and departmental teams.
- Be willing to lead clubs, activities, or coach sports.
- Participate in professional development on select Saturdays.
